Graduation 2021

Join us on our school grounds for a special outdoor ceremony commemorating the achievements of our 2021 high school graduates.

Gates open from 9:30am - 10:15am for pictures

Graduates MUST arrive by 10:15am

Ceremony starts promptly at 11:00am

Each graduate will receive 2 tickets. All tickets will be electronic and emailed individually to each guest. Graduates, please make sure to complete the senior survey and submit the 2 email addresses of your guests. Link to Senior Survey

Everyone must complete a Health Screening on the day of the event before you will be allowed on school grounds. Link to Health Screening

  1. Safety Protocols

    1. Do I need to wear a mask outdoors during the ceremony? Yes - As per the guidance of the State, any school function requires the wearing of masks.

    2. Will my temperature be taken before entering the event? Yes - temperature checks are required for any school activity.

    3. Can I eat or drink at the ceremony? In order to keep our guests safe, we ask that you do not eat at the ceremony and keep the drinking to a minimum.

    4. Will I be required to fill out a form before entering the schoolyard? Yes - please adhere to the following rules:

  • All guests, including all staff, students and parents, will be required to accept the invitation request to be eligible to attend.

  • All guests, including all staff, students and parents,, will be required to complete the NYCDOE Health Screening Survey online or in-person at the gate.

  • All guests, including all staff, students and parents, will be required to show their admission ticket at the door.

  1. Can we use the bathroom inside of the school? Yes - bathroom usage must be monitored and limited to 2 people at a time to adhere to safety protocols.


  1. Weather

    1. Will the event be held if it rains? Yes - unfortunately it must be a rain-or-shine event because of the pandemic and the schedule of our vendors.


  1. Dress Code

    1. Is there a dress code? Yes - appropriate dress code should be worn underneath your gown. Inappropriate dress code is defined as clothes that would cause a distraction (too revealing or pertaining offensive language) to others.

    2. Are we required to wear our cap and gown the entire time? No, but it should be worn while entering the schoolyard and when walking across the stage.


  1. Event Registration/Entry

    1. Will I be required to fill out a form before entering the schoolyard? Yes - please adhere to the following rules:

  • All guests, including all staff, students and parents, will be required to accept the invitation request to be eligible to attend.

  • Guests 5 and under should sit on the lap of another guest or use a seat. If the guest is over 5 years of age, they need a seat.

    1. What time does graduation begin? The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Students and their guests can arrive between 9:30 and 10:20 to take some pictures with the step and repeat, stage and their guests. There will be additional opportunities for pictures after the event.

    2. How long do you expect the graduation to last? We want to make sure we provide the best ceremony possible and keep all of our guests safe. Therefore, we cannot provide an accurate time that the ceremony will end.


  1. Seating

    1. Will there be assigned seats? Yes

  • All graduates and families(guests) will be seated in a tripod with the student sitting in the front and their guests behind them.

  • All Concord faculty members will have assigned seats.


Important Information for those graduates unable/not attending the commencement ceremony


We are sorry that you cannot attend but we need your device back. We are collecting devices beginning June 22nd. Please call 718-447-1274 BEFORE your arrival at the school, so we can make sure all of your grades are completed and your diploma is ready.
